We loved staying at Bab El-Silsileh! The location in the heart of the old city was amazing. It made it so easy for us to explore all the historic sites and enjoy the atmosphere. The hostel itself had everything we needed, like a hot shower with good water pressure and fast wifi. The owner was incredibly caring and welcoming, always ready to assist us if we needed anything. And the breakfast spread in the morning was delicious and filling, giving us the energy we needed for a day of exploring.

Felt like home, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at a hostel located in a charming little alley close to the Temple Mount. the location was perfect, with main attractions just a stone's throw away. We were super close to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, which was a major highlight for us. the room was comfortable and cozy, and the bathroom was kept clean. the service was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast provided was a great start to the day, with a variety of options available. We were also pleased with the stunning views from the rooftop terrace, allowing us to soak in the beauty of the city.

It would have been even better if there were lockers available for our belongings.

If you're looking for an authentic and unique experience, this hostel in the heart of the old city is the perfect choice. Imagine staying in a room that feels like a cave or a prison cell, adding to the charm of your trip. You'll be right next to a police station, ensuring safety and peace of mind. Plus, the Holy Temple mountain is just a short walk away, providing breathtaking views. The service is friendly and helpful, and the budget-friendly price includes a simple but satisfying breakfast.

Be prepared for some noise from the other rooms and limited privacy, as mentioned in some guest reviews.

I stayed at a hostel in the Old Town for a few days while exploring. The breakfast was plentiful, with coffee and tea available 24/7. The location was superb, just outside the Temple Mount entrance. The room for four with a private bathroom was quiet and comfortable. The owners treated all guests equally and kindly. Sleeping in the old town wall was a remarkable experience, like traveling through history. It's a wonderful place to stay for an authentic experience.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
